Many people from around the world would come there, and were open with their ideas. The Urban RETHINK center offered a lot to the people in the Orlando community and the people involved were passionate about it.

There are individual CLT's that each focus on different programs, that are designed to help residents within the community. The main goal of the CLT is to provide homeowners with a home that truly belongs to them.

Those interviewed describe what they have learned and give advice for those who want a loan from banks in order to buy a home.

There are several interviews with those who are interested in creating a better work community and taking full advantage of co working spaces. The main speaker gives examples of companies and organizations that are incorporating this concept into their business model.

  The main speaker talks about affordable housing in Winter Park, Florida. He interviews representatives from both of the Winter Park Housing Organizations. The reason as to why both of these housing organizations were created and the work that they continue to do for those in the community are discussed. The main speaker goes into detail on how the organizations manage to help low income families find affordable housing.

  The main speaker has a series of interviews with various participants who were involved with the Urban Rethink foundation and center located in Orlando, Florida. The main speaker discusses the shutdown of the organization in October of 2013 and assess the organization's success and failures. He gives a brief overview of the progress that the Urban Rethink center managed to accomplish.
