About The Service Excellence Team and Newsletter
The Rollins College Service Excellence Team is charged with leading an inclusive campus-wide effort to integrate the Rollins service philosophy and standards into internal campus processes. It also aims to identify solutions to service issues and problems on an ongoing basis as well as provide training and support to the campus community.
The Service Excellence Newsletter is created by the Service Excellence Communications Sub-Team. It is the primary communication platform for the Service Excellence Team's work, and as such it often highlights individuals and departments who exhibit service excellence standards and values. An up-to-date list of those serving the College on the Service Excellence Team can be found on the Service Excellence Team on MyRollins.
